FBI and local authorities are investigating a string of three bank robberies.
From surveillance footage of the three suspects the FBI believes one or two individuals are working together. The first man robbed Citizens State Bank in Oxford Junction, Iowa last February and the second man robbed that same bank later in July. The third man robbed Ohnward Bank in Baldwin, Iowa just over a month ago.
Three trucks are being sought by the FBI and witnesses as getaway vehicles.
The first two are from the robberies in Oxford Junction and the last in Baldwin.
"These have been violent take-over robberies," FBI Supervisory Special Agent Mike Kitsmiller said. "On two of the robberies, the individuals come in with the guns drawn, they're ordering people onto the floor, putting the employees in the vault and terrorizing the people in the bank before leaving."
The FBI says they think the robbers live in those areas because of their knowledge of rural roads on their getaway routes.
The two banks that were robbed are each offering $25-thousand rewards for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the crimes.
