Conservation officers are asking for your help to find the people who made an illegal dump on South Concord in Davenport.
They found toys, tires and even prescription medicine bottles with sensitive information on the labels. Officers say that is dangerous and chemicals in some of the trash bags could be as well to people and the environment. They say this is a crime that continues to happen.
"Special task forces cleans up meanwhile, someone will see this dump and then another pile will show up and another pile and it just continues to grow," said conservation officer Jeff Harrison.
It will cost whomever's responsible. The fine for each big item is nearly $200 and that comes with 80 hours of community service.
