The 29th annual Mississippi Valley Blues Festival is scheduled to kick off tomorrow in a new location this year due to flooding in LeClaire Park.
Festival planners have already blocked off portions of 2nd Street to set up the stage.
"We are doing pretty well getting set up we have to wait until Red, White and Boom is over to set up a lot of our stuff," said Karen McFarland. "So we have workers that are coming after midnight to setup tomorrow."
The gates for the festival open at 2 and music starts at 3. If you don't already have your tickets, you can still get in for $20.
