Pamphlet aims to further educate consumers and sellers alike.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 23, 2013
PropertyRecords.us.org will begin sending consumers an educational pamphlet when they search for information about property values, company officials said yesterday.
“We want to do everything we can to make sure that buyers and sellers truly understand the real estate market,” a company representative said. “That way, both sides can come to a fair compromise during the property negotiations.'
The company's main business is providing people who are considering buying a home with public records about the home's value, government inspection reports, foreclosure status, and other publicly available information.
“This takes it one step further by giving people information not simply about one property, but about the real estate market in general,” the representative said. “We consider that a valuable public service.”
The pamphlets will teach sellers how to prep their homes, deal with real estate agents, and pick the right time to sell their homes. It will help buyers figure out the true value of a home, and know what to look for in case a home is overvalued. It will also provide negotiating secrets to both sides.
“Education is the great equalizer,” the representative said. “And we will educate our consumers to the best of our ability.”
There will be no additional cost for the pamphlets, the company said.
“We are not doing this to make money,” the representative said. “We are doing it because it's the right thing to do.”
