Former Janitor Charged With Possessing Child Porn - FOX 18 - Quad Cities News and Weather

A former substitute janitor of the Rock Island School District is charged with possessing child pornography. Scott Sparkman, 23, is accused of viewing four pornographic videos involving a girl younger than 13-years old according to the search warrant.

 The alleged activity happened between February and March of 2012. During that time Sparkman was an employee with the school district. He was let go in June of last year. Sparkman is only accused of viewing the videos.
