Water Main Breaks - FOX 18 - Quad Cities News and Weather

It's that time of year for water main breaks.  Two breaks in Silvis and two in Rock Island have both crews and residents cleaning up.

Two residents had to evacuate their homes after a water main break on 15th Avenue in Rock Island.  Two breaks in Silvis threatened a boil order, but because crews acted quickly there are no issues with water safety.
