Small Business Holiday Shopping - FOX 18 - Quad Cities News and Weather

Analysts say the weather may have had an impact on a sluggish shopping season this year.  Early numbers show national retail sales were up only slightly from last year.  In fact, this was the weakest holiday shopping season since 2008, but some small local businesses say this year was actually their strongest.
