City leaders in Davenport didn't let the weather stand in the way of efforts to build a new land-based gambling casino in the downtown. Now, we have a better idea of what that operation might look like.
Three companies turned in proposals and two presented their plans. One is very familiar with this area: Restoration St. Louis, which renovated the Hotel Blackhawk. The other companies have some creative ideas as well.
