Police have confirmed the two bodies found last week in Iowa are those of Elizabeth Collins and Lyric Cook. The cousins were abducted five months ago in their hometown of Evansdale. The murders have now rekindled an old debate of what should be done with someone who would commit such a horrible crime.
Lawmakers are also proposing what's called the "cousin's law" to honor the girls.
