Future Building Plans in Moline - FOX 18 - Quad Cities News and Weather

A busy corner of Moline could get a whole new look if plans move forward to redevelop the old Horace Mann Elementary School.

A company has ideas but wants help from the city to make it happen, and council members took a vote.  There have been a lot of questions as to what developers want to put in the area, and now we have some answers.
