Some people in Scott County are trying hard to stop a new business from coming into their neighborhood. A company out of Wyoming, Iowa wants to build a fertilizer facility. The Scott County Planning and Zoning Committee recommended rezoning the land for the facility to be built, but it was a highly debated topic.
