The majority in Congress still wants to get rid of it, but the re-election of President Barack Obama most likely means the Affordable Care Act won't be seeing any changes.  That means that Quad City businesses will have to make some tough choices.

Some sources say as many as 80% of employers had been waiting to see what the outcome of the election would be before making a choice on the healthcare they provide to their employees.  Now, they have a lot to think about.
