It was partially closed all summer, and part of it will be closed again now. River Drive will be closed from Mound Street to Oneida Avenue for about three weeks.
Crews will also be working near River Drive in Moline. Valley Construction is shutting down 34th Street north of the railroad tracks right up to River Drive.
