A warning is coming from the American Red Cross. They want all small businesses to know about a scam run by a couple who say they just lost everything in a fire. The Red Cross says that's not what happened, and they want all Quad City restaurants and businesses to know that if it was legitimate, the fire victims would have proof from the Red Cross.
