SouthPark Mall Meeting - FOX 18 - Quad Cities News and Weather

In its heyday, you could find all the name brand stores, and most weekends the parking lots were packed.  There are a lot of times now when you can find yourself almost walking alone inside SouthPark Mall.

That's why the city of Moline is now looking at tax incentives to revitalize the area.  The city council held a public forum for taxpayers to voice their concerns.
