More than 600 construction jobs could be on the way to the Quad Cities, and at the same time it could eliminate those bottlenecks, near misses, and long waits at red lights everybody hates on John Deere Road.
Governor Quinn says that the John Deer Road expansion is just one of the big changes he hopes to see. The other is a new Interstate 74 bridge.
