The parking lot at Bettendorf High School turned into an obstacle course for the first annual Quad City Street Survival Driving Program.
Different kinds of drills were set up to teach young drivers how to be smarter and safer. Organizers say the program goes beyond the basics to give teens hands-on experiences in real-world driving situations.
