MidAmerican Energy is now confirming where a $3 billion power plant would be built if it goes up near the Quad Cities. It would mean hundreds of jobs for Muscatine County, but it still isn't clear if it would be a nuclear plant, and neighbors are still trying to decide how they feel about it.
