
Seven months ago, Western Illinois University opened its first building on the Riverfront Campus in Moline, but now a huge investment means more classes and careers for Quad City kids who want to study right here at home.
It's a big enough deal to make the governor pick up a shovel.
Even though this is a huge investment for the area, there are certainly a lot of parents who support it.
