Prison Escape Worries Neighbors - FOX 18 - Quad Cities News and Weather

A prisoner escaped the East Moline Correctional Center and later burglarized a home.  Neighbors say they are worried about their safety.

This is the second time since October an inmate has escaped, and even though the inmate didn't try robbing any of the homes along 3rd Avenue, people are concerned about being just across the street.
