On Sunday, two different fundraisers served up food and fun.

The Mercer County Food Bank served a buffet that included everything from venison and rabbit to snapping turtle and squirrel. The organizer, Dennis Eckert, says that he enjoys it because it brings out a lot of people from all walks of life.

In Reynolds, the fire department held its largest annual fundraiser, an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast to raise money for new equipment and training.
