Branstad Signs Guard Tuition Bill

Money to help pay for college for returning soldiers in Iowa is back in the budget. On Monday, Iowa Governor Terry Branstad signed a $1.3 million bill that will boost state tuition aid for members of the National Guard. FOX 18's Chris Minor reports.
