88 Dogs Rescued in Iowa

Central Iowa investigators say they are investigating a huge case of animal neglect. 88 dogs were found living in filth and confined four to a cage. Some of the dogs from the suspected puppy mill are in good hands. 

The staff at the Animal Rescue League took in the neglected pups and started the long process of bathing, grooming, and caring for the dogs.
