This dip is good with crusty bread or even raw vegetables. Reduced-fat cream cheese and sour cream help keep the calorie and fat count low, while preserving a delicious taste.

Ingredients:

2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) baby clams, drained with juice reserved
2 T minced fresh chives
2 T lemon juice
